The new owners of a golf course in East Gadsden say they paid $13.1 million and have plans to make it one of the biggest tourist attraction in the state.
Joe Huddleston of Vintage Properties, which handled the sale for the Cherokees of Alabama, said May 14 an announcement will be made in three or four weeks with more details on plans for the 103-acre site.
