A former Montana State University student who pleaded guilty to breaking into a dorm room and sexually assaulting a sleeping male student was given deferred sentences May 19.
Nathaniel Plain Bull, 20, pleaded guilty in January to felony burglary and misdemeanor sexual assault. He was arrested May 1, 2008, after a man who lived on the same floor in South Hedges Hall said he awoke to another man touching him, MSU police said at the time.
