Secretary Salazar swore in Larry EchoHawk as Assistant Secretary for Indian Affairs in a ceremony in the Secretary's office on May 22, 2009. Larry EchoHawk is an enrolled member of the Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma and will now head the Office of Indian Affairs. Bible was held by Pete EchoHawk Neconie
