After a ruling from a federal appeals court, a judge in Rapid City has resentenced two of 28 people who operated a drug ring on the Pine Ridge Reservation.
Flint Thomas Red Feather, Colin Spotted Elk and two other people were convicted of distributing drugs with Geraldine Blue Bird, who was the leader. Twenty-three other people pleaded guilty.
