The city’s largest tribal gathering, rain or shine, is held at Delta Park near the Columbia River surrounded by baseball and soccer games, a freeway as well as a raceway. Drumbeats and singing in unison could be heard among the entire clamor around the park.
Tribal people from afar come to the park and pitch their tents, vendors set up their goods and the three-day event, June 19-21, garners more and more tribal and non-tribal visitors each year.
