Nearly $5 million in federal stimulus funding will be shared by six American Indian communities in New Mexico for water system improvements.
U.S. Sens. Jeff Bingaman and Tom Udall announced the funding, saying it will create jobs in the short term and provide long-term quality of life improvements for the communities.
