A 20-year-old Wanblee woman will serve just over three years in prison for driving drunk, speeding and causing an accident that killed a 5-month-old baby who was not in a car seat.
Jolene Chief Bear earlier pleaded guilty in federal court in Rapid City to involuntary manslaughter, which carries a maximum punishment of eight years in prison.
