The Oregon Supreme Court has ruled that the Columbia River Gorge Commission needs to rework a management plan to better ensure it protects cultural and natural resources.
The decision came with two other rulings, which upheld rules allowing the expansion of some commercial developments and gave the commission room in interpreting the National Scenic Area Act.
