A second Onondaga teenager accused of torching two churches on an upstate New York reservation is being held on $100,000 bail.
Onondaga County Judge Anthony Aloi set the high bail after arraigning 16-year-old Jacob Homer on arson and burglary charges. Homer’s lawyer entered a not guilty plea for him on July 23.
