Some tribal governments, cities and non-profits owe $4.4 million in unpaid payroll taxes and penalties to the Internal Revenue Service , according to a new state report.
One nonprofit, the Aniak-based Kuskokwim Native Association , owes $2.6 million, the Division of Community and Regional Affairs said.
