The great, great, grandson of Chief Buffalo, attorney Henry Buffalo affirms the resilience of the Ojibwe for maintaining treaty rights. Buffalo spoke in late July at the Great Lakes Indian Fish and Wildlife Commission's twenty-fifth anniversary in Odahah, Wisconsin.
