This Thursday, August 20, from 9:00am to 3:00pm at the LCO College Auditorium, will be the Mino Bimaadiziyang’s 4th meeting in the series, only this time they are responding to historic trauma through sketching, drawing and painting, where community members (you) can add your memories to the mural. Artist Sarah Balbin will be the facilitator for this session. Lunch will be catered by Famous Dave’s!!!
The purpose of this series is to create awareness through education and art by identifying how trauma and unresolved grief and loss impacts our lives today, and how we can work together to heal, as an individual, a family, and a community.
