The Native American Press/Ojibwe News, a watchdog of Minnesota’s tribal governments for 21 years, has published its final edition as founder Bill Lawrence fights late-stage cancer.
Lawrence, 70, is receiving hospice care in Sun Valley, Idaho, surrounded by friends and family, the Star Tribune reported.
