The Wyoming Supreme Court during March upheld a state air quality permit for a power plant north of Gillette.
Construction of the Dry Fork Station plant is about 75 percent complete. The ruling lifts one of the few remaining obstacles before the Basin Electric plant becomes fully operational next year.
