A judge has denied a Blanding man’s request to suppress statements he made to a federal agent following a large-scale sting operation targeting illegal trafficking of American Indian artifacts.
David Lacy had asked U.S. District Judge Ted Stewart to suppress information he supplied in an interview because he said he wasn’t informed of his constitutional rights before questioning.
