A July sentencing is set for a man who pleaded guilty to a criminal charge in a fatal rollover accident.
Joe Marshall, also known as Joe Marshall-Burritt, pleaded guilty in federal court to involuntary manslaughter. He was driving a vehicle that rolled on the Pine Ridge Reservation last September, killing passenger Darla Shangreaux.
According to court documents, Marshall was drunk and speeding.
