A federal appeals court won’t rehear a lawsuit brought by the Osage Nation in its attempt to exempt its members who live and work in Osage County from state income taxes.
In a three-sentence ruling issued during May, the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the Pawhuska-based tribe’s request for another hearing in the case, which began in 2001.
