Four Harlem women are charged with dealing methamphetamine on the Fort Belknap Reservation, including a woman who filed a complaint with the Montana Human Rights Bureau over her son’s death while he was jailed in Havre.
Dayna Jean Bear, 37, is charged with conspiracy to possess methamphetamine with the intent to distribute and possession of meth with the intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of public housing and on premises where children lived. She pleaded not guilty to both charges before U.S. Magistrate Keith Strong in Great Falls.
