A man suspected of firing at police during a chase on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation was hospitalized following a shootout with members of the U.S. Marshals Oregon Fugitive Task Force.
Task Force spokesman Cory Cunningham says 31-year-old Aldo Antunez opened fire July 22 after officers tried to serve an arrest warrant. Members of the task force returned fire, and the wounded man emerged from a house.
No law enforcement officers were injured.
