We used to always buy Green Chili Dip from the store, but can't find it anymore around here. We just HAD to have it during the SuperBowl, so I whipped some up.
16 oz. sour cream
1 small can diced green chilies (mild)
1 small can diced jalapenos
1 tablespoon ranch dip mix
Mix all together and chill. The longer it sits, the hotter it gets. Makes a good dressing for taco salad, too!
