Okay. you will need
1. 2/3 cup WHole Wheat Flour
2. 1- 1/3 cups of white flour
3. 1- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
4. 1/4 cup of non-fat milk
Mix all of these together and add 3/4 cup to 1 cup of warm water. Then in an iron skillet add i inch deep of veg. oil. Keep the oil hot! After you have made the dough, let it set for about 15 minutes. Then get a small ball of the dough and pat it into small circles. (make a hole/tear in the middle as usual) Fry in the hot oil until puffy, turning once. Stand upright in a pan with paper towels to drain the greasy fat from the bread.
