    Got cabbage??

    6 slices bacon
    1 onion, sliced
    2 tablespoons garlic
    1 pound polska kielbasa, sliced diagonally
    1 large cabbage, sliced
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup water

    1 package bow tie pasta (optional)

    Fry the bacon until crisp. Remove and saute onion and garlic in the bacon drippings. Add polska kielbasa and heat through. Next add cabbage, water and seasonings. Cover and simmer until cabbage is soft.

    Serve as is, or over cooked bow tie pasta.
