Sounds good! I don't eat rice, but I bet I can substitute something else tasty, like TVP, or chopped cauliflower.

    small recipe
    1 can soup
    1 soup can of milk
as much rice as yah like 4-5 servings
    3 -5 chicken breasts
enuf water after boiling chicken that there is enuf water left for rice (tryd to make this in high altitude and ruined rice. Make per directions on packet)
    2 box frozen broccoli spears
    1 pack shredded cheddar
    salt and pepper to taste.

If making more up the soup and milk other than that depends on how much ya like leftover factor. This is great reheated i usually make with 2 cans soup and as much chicken and brocolli as i can fit in pan. And i love cheese goop so i use extra =P

    Chickn And Broccoli

This is one of my favorite things to make.

Depending on how many u are feeding up the recipe
    What u will need
    Chicken
    Broccoli
    Cream of Mushroom soup
    Milk
    Cheese
    Rice
    Seasinings

BOil Chicken until done, Use broth to make the rice after the fact
Steam broccoli if fresh, thaw if frozen
    Get a baking pan
Put in soup and milk (consitensy depending on taste)
Lay in CHicken and Broccoli and bake at 350
Since chicken is cooked already this is for cookin soup around it

Then 5 min. before its done put loads of cheese, freshly shreeded or pre-shredded depending on time yah got

    SErve with rice

Its awesome reheated and tastes GREAT!
