Meat Marinade

Anybody got any good meat marinades?

I tend to stick to the Italian dressing marinade. Easy, quick, and excellent way to get rid of old dressing.

I use that old stand by a lot.... Italian Dressing..... I will give you one that I have used a few times....

Extra Virgin olive oil
soy sauce
5 or 6 cloves of crushed garlic
onion chopped fine
cajun seasoning
pepper

I sort of eyeball it when adding the ingreidents, so I can't give you exact measurement. I put it all in a ziplock bag and shake well... it's great on beef...
