i'm trying to upload pics to the gallery and it's telling me that they are to big. how big can they be and how can i shrink them down.

Go to your digital imaging program, find 'imaging size'(might be under format) and shrink it to desired size.
I believe size for photo gallery is under 100kb.

Hi...I'm getting the same message when I try to upload photos as well....and I'm SURE my pics aren't too big. The file size limit is 85 kilobytes and most of my files are 50 or less....Sooooooooo, I submitted a "ticket" to the help desk (I've never done that before we'll see how that works out...still waiting for a response) cause I couldn't find help or suggestions posted elsewhere. I'll let you know how the ticket thing works out.
BUT, if anyone can offer help in the meantime...please do!Comment

Hey, I just got a reply to my ticket and the trouble posting pics is apparently on the server side not the user side...they are working on fixing the issue now!!!!! Thanks to all the webbie support crew for your hard work (and I'm glad to know hat I'm not too goonie to figure out how to post pics!).Comment
