Probably not. Someone is just waiting out there so they can gather native thoughts and spiritual teachings that one of us might want to share and it will be gone to someone selling it.Comment

Not a good idea.... I think that any discussion of spiritual matters should not be public fodder....Thankful for the blessing from the Creator in my life!!!!

I was just tossing it around for general discussion not something that we have to get in depth aboutjust a place that someone might catch some guidance if they were seeking it. Its up to you all but I was referring to a general type spiritual forum if someone needed some guidance so to say. I do agree there are many people out there just waiting to steal something like this but we all are mindful of that and know what to say and what not to say or discuss.

this is still not a good idea... Native Americans are not a one size fits all culture....Thankful for the blessing from the Creator in my life!!!!

If ya need ANY spiritual guidence ya need to see your Elder, Gandparents, Aunty or Uncle.
If ya did do it it would become a new age mecca.
But Steelmagnolia and I have an idea ... it would be an on-line naming ceremony forum...just $40 through paypal, $100 for an authentic canadian birchbark certificate with your new name on it. We got some great names just waiting...

we even have a Lakota medicine man taught by a Navajo shaman who gets vibes off a feathered headdress lined with tin foil from the space monkey that lives above the mountians....and a Cherokee princess that will intrepret what the monkey is saying for the huddled masses....Thankful for the blessing from the Creator in my life!!!!
