Popup ad won't close

OK, I am loathe to complain about ads because I know they are a necessary evil. But this Harry Loves Lisa add is just plain a pain in the you-know-what.

The troublesome popup appears on search windows or forum pages. I click close and it just resizes. I can't move it. Obviously, I can't click any links it covers. I see the same behavior in Safari and Firefox. And I've been seeing it for two days every time I log on.

My personal popup is 'Kohls'. It's on my 'New Posts' page and can't see the latest 3 posts.

I can't change their adcode unfortunately. But I'm trying to find the source and block that particular ad.
