I am just curious, who is considered a wannabe? Is it anybody who is not full blooded, or the people who are not federally recognized, or is it just the people who have ggggggg grandparents who were indian and are trying to be apart on the culture. Just confused and would like a little clarification.

If you're not and you want to be, then you are one. This applies to different walks of life, not only to the Indigenous Ones.
Now look in the miror and then decide what you are.
If you think you are not, but everybody else thinks you are...then you may want to listen to the people! LOL
