This means you are stuck in the page you initially get into and the only way out is to indirectly go through the SEARCH option or through a user profile.

Pressing the large blue Powwows.com banner does take you to the top Forums page.

There is some lower-tier sub-forums not available though.

Can there be a way to choose on whether to use the mobile version or the full version when using a mobile device? I got used to using it on my phone, but it's so annoying to have to use it on my iPad...and I can't find the setting to change it on there.

Most mobile operating systems have an option in the browser to select to view the full version. On my Samsung in the browser app when I hit the menu button it is an option called "Desktop View".
