<p><font size="2">All members may submit photos to the contest. All photos must be submitted
to the appropriate category of the contest in the Gallery. All pictures will
be subject to approval, and PowWows.com reserves the right to delete photos. </font></p>

Photo featuring Pow Wow Singing or Dancing <br>

to select the winner. This poll will begin on 4/1/03 and end on 4/30/03. The
winner of each category will advance to a final round. The finals will begin
on 5/1/03 and end on 5/31/03. </font></p>
<p><font size="2">The winner of each category will recieve 10,000 Pow Wow Points. </font></p>
<p><font size="2">Prizes will be awared to the top 3 places in the final round. </font></p>
