ok I have two questions for ya. The first being when we order something out of the shop are you the one that sends the item or is there a middle man in which they send you the item and you then send them the money in which you send the item to the one who purchased the said item? The second question being is, if there isn't a middle man(you or anyone else) is there a way to check on the status of the said item that has been purchased eg. processing order, mailing item etc.. ?

There's no middle man. I ship the items to you. And yes, you can check on the status of you item with the Pow Wow Shop. And you can by pay by Credit Card, Pay Pal, Check or Money Order.
