PowWows.com now has a Help Desk. The Help Desk is your resource to find answers. The features include a knowledge base of searchable topics, a troubleshooter guide, downloads, and help request.

All questions or request for help sent to the Help Desk will generate a support ticket. You will be sent an email containing the information on how to track your ticket. As the PowWows.com support team answers your questions, you will recieve the responses in email. You can reply to these tickets either online at the Help Desk or by just replying to the email.

To submit a ticket you can go to the Help Desk page or email [email protected].
