Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated student interested in Internet marketing. This position will be responsible for creating, measuring, analyzing and optimizing online marketing efforts. The candidate will collaborate with PowWows.com staff to create and deploy highly effective online marketing programs, including email campaigns, blogs, co-marketing opportunities, online advertising, search engine optimization, social networks and more. This position is both creative and analytical in nature. You must be enrolled full time at an accredited college. This position will be work remotely. You must provide your own computer and internet access.
Candidates should possess the following.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Web development skills a plus (HTML, CSS)
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency
• Graphic design skills a plus
Responsibilities Include
• Design, implement and manage online marketing programs
• Manage our pay per click campaigns and budgets
• Understand, optimize and expand keyword list
• Propose new marketing program ideas
• Increasing traffic to network websites via link-building campaigns, outreach to relevant third party sites, and implementing other proven search engine optimization techniques
• Aiding in the redesign and evolution of our websites
The internship will be for 6 months. At the end of the internship a stipend of $400 will be awarded.
