After many hours of work, PowWows.com has released our new Pow Wow Calendar.

The new calendar includes many updates and fixes and many new features. The back-end platform for the calendar should be much more reliable and responsive.

You'll notice a much more streamlined view of the calendar information. We have tried to redesign the look of the calendar to make it much more user friendly.

You can also now access the Pow Wow Calendar on your mobile phone! We have a special interface for mobile devices to make browsing the calendar easier on smaller screens.

Are there any options to the updated calendar system? I wonder if there is any way to access the prior system which made it so easy to find info. I wanted to review the info on the powwow I attended that was hosted by Monroe County Community College but was unsure of title, etc. It was so simple to click on the state, month...and the list appeared. Now it seems a zip is needed, which I don't know & is time-consuming to look it up. In the past I could access what I wanted in no time flat. THANKS!!!

All prior events were imported. So you should be able to find it.

We have more options for searching now. You don't have to use every one of them. You can just do state or zip or date.

You'll also notice that the same search we have before is now in the sidebar of the forums. So you can do quick searches from here.

Is it just me, or does the pop-up calendar on the search come up BEHIND the Motel 6, Gathering of Nations, and Powwow Travels banner, and only comes up in front on the "your ad here" banner?
