Good morning everyone! Morning Jo! *L* Hope everyone is have a great Monday morning. I am still coughing around but I am wayyyy better than I was last week. Monday meeting from, ya know is today. I'm so ready for that to be over (Yeah, like that'll happen quick).

Everyone have a great morning and enjoy today's weather, b/c it's gonna be the last nice day for awhile......bleh!

And now have withdrawals because have not been to a powwow in weeks!!!

has anybody heard of a powwow in Tulsa the weekend of February 3rd? My husband said he heard there was one but he had no details....which is really odd cause he doesn't usually keep up with powwows the way I would.

I heard it announced during the New Years Eve Powwow in Tulsa
Just that it was in "west tulsa" on Feb 3rd
I have not heard any other details several other members have been posting the same question
I would love to find out more details

Mornin neighbors! Had a movie weekend, got to get up to speed on a few films I've been wanting to see. Rented the Illusionist, which was a good film, combination who dun-it/love story with good acting and period costumes and sets. Also rented Little Miss Sunshine, not sure what the big fuss is about that one, it was cute with quirky characters, but more like a not as funny National Lampoon's Vacation. Went to go see Pan's Labryinth last night, an extrememly good film, but violent in places and a bummer ending of sorts, very tragic, I do highly recommend it however.

Haven't heard a peep about this powwow in Tulsa this weekend, if anyone has any info, please post. Jonesing for a dance here.

good hard freeze with all this rain...makes for a beautiful spring and not so many bugs this summer.. lol sounds great because it will be here before we know it.,. :D

Problem is, inside the aircraft its toasting warm then you have to walk outside and brrr then back inside then back outside
all through the night
I was working an aircraft that is outside the Hangar so that is what your stuck with

I can relate to the inside/outside part of the job, (although I know it's colder for you at night) one of the several hats I wear at work involves delivery, in and out of the truck, in and out of buildings, warm/cold, cold/warm, makes one adjusted to the elements on the upside, but it's a wonder we don't have a cold all the time.
