I lubb some hominy and PORK!!! I heard if you pour coca cola on a a porksteak it'll look like it's exploding or something. I'm skeerd to do that b/c I think I won't be able to eat it anymore if I see it up close. BLEH.

Chicken is good so is pig, have only had buffalo in burgar form during the summer, have had moose in a stew....was good...havent had deer meat since i was little, and ONCE i accidently ate a Lamb.

Seafood is my favorite meat, if you can call it meat. King crab, shrimp, and salmon are the BEST!

Then elk is my next favorite. I sure hope my daughter gets her elk this year!! I can't wait to make some dry meat!
