Yeah, on the frybread if you're doing Atkins you can use the low carb flour they make.......I haven't used it but I know people who have who say it's pretty good...... How you been??? :)

I'm ordering some Wheat Protein Isolate to try some frybread dough. It's 10 bucks for 2 pounds.

Tried it with soy flour and wheat gluten. Not great.:(

Cool! Handle your business in the lab! Don't know how bread that expensive could be sold at powwows, but just to have a piece at home would be cool.

I've been good and yourself? Gonna pick up the Atkins flour and try it. Their pancake mix sux, hopefully the flour will be better

Next week I'm having an Indian Taco stand. My low carb entree is a Tostada with no beans for 8 carbs.

If I knew that the WPI would make good frybread I could order 50 pound for $100 and make a million$$.
