Setting out the Mexican breakfast buffet. Gotta have me some Huevos Rancheros, and a fresh tortilla, and some homemade salsa. Plus there's the usual breakfast fare, waffles with toppings, pancakes, French toast, hash browns, all kinds of eggs, sausage, bacon, corned beef hash, and Canadian bacon too.
