Good morning! Just put some sweetened and vanilla flavored coffee in my ice cube trays. Gonna mix it with half and half in the blender later and try for the REZBUCK's Moolatte!
Last night we tore it up with Egg Drop Soup, Beef No-Mein (no noodles), Ginger Beef and Broccoli, and Chicken fried rice with grated Cauliflower instead of rice. VERY GOOD, and all low carb.
I hate to say, but I've been severly slacking on my low carb way of eating for the last 4 months and put on some poundage. But now I'm ready to lose it again, my boyfriend could lose some pounds too, and his brother has diabetes and shouldn't been eating a lot of carbs anyway.
Well, I'm just putting off getting ready for work. Hopefully I'll get everything done and be able to take off some time next week....it is what it is...Comment
