hhhmmmm some one just asked for another specialty, uhhmm well I saw someone wanted Bar b que earlier, here is a sauce that I use:

KFC Master Piece Bar b que sauce with a mixture of A-1 Steak sauce, some honey and a few dashes of lil smoke ( I think that is what it is called)

slowly warm up the mixture then add the honey, don't bring it to boil or you will carmelize it, have your chicken soaking in salt water, this takes out all the water within the chicken, then poke deep holes in the pieces {{chiken should be room temp}}

Once the sauce is quite warm and the chiken has been drain in put in a deep dish pan, pour the sauce over, and let it set at least for a few hours so the meat soaks in the sauce.

This is best to grill since this will seal the skin and the juices, you will have plenty of sauce to caot during the grilling
