Cool! Then let me know. I got a sample size pack from our local grocery, but my mom wants to try it so I'm saving the pack for her. And it was kinda pricey - $1.75 for the little pack.

The brand I have is OSO Lean which has soy mixed in too. It smells like horribly strong powdered milk, and tastes completely gross...unless mixed with cocoa powder or chocolate milk.

ugh powdered milk- that's what i grew up on. i keep a box of powdered milk to throw in my bath water. real good for your skin.

okay i spoke with him today and he recommended now whey protein, you can order online at nowfoods.com he said the whey protein natural flavor isolate is best(lactose free). for flavor add strawberries or bananas,cocoa or cinnamon. he said there's a store not too far from where i live, i'm going to pick some up friday.
