Wyo, when you make the frybread here, do you make it light and puffy, or is it more rigid and thinner? We all know how G&B makes it, she tosses a loaf of Italian sliced bread into the fryer.... LOL j/k

She only does that when she's making croutons!

I make mine fluffy! I think it sops up more soup or berry gravy that way. And when you make an NDN taco with one, it's hard to finish the whole thing.

True, it at least will fill me up, without the need for 2nds, lol. I do like the thinner style as well, easier to hold and tends to be more rigid so the toppings don't fall all over the place... lol

Our omelets are the BOMB, btw. And we use fresh, real ham....diced, then grilled.

yeah talk bad about my frybread lol...yeah it is pretty horrible...but dont tell anyone, i don't want my ndn pass pulled its bad enough i'm unsnaggable because i cant make frybread...

my mom made really really really good bread period-homemade bread, dinner rolls, biscuits and of course frybread...


mine is just okay....its not something i've practiced doing much, besides there was always some one else around to make it
