Rose, I hope the boots arrive on time too. I saw the cutest set of pink overalls (like the train guys used to wear not the Oshkosh kind) for the grand daughter today.

I found the yummiest recipe for quick and easy shortbread cookies. I'll put it up on the recipe board. Three ingredients and a hand mixer is all you need to get it ready.

We spent the late evening watching the eclipse of the moon. It was pretty cool to see especially since it hasn't happened on the solstice since the mid 1500s.... the full moon was so bright tonight that it casts moon shadows...I just love seeing things like this... makes you really glad to be alive.

I'm going to move, but have been putting it off. Going to move out of my nice, roomy, evenly-warm, carpeted apartment into a little draftier and smaller place. I think I'll wait until after Christmas.

Yesterday we had our Christmas potluck. One of the ladies brought bacon-wrapped breadsticks, rolled in brown sugar, and baked. They were goooood!

was on my way to work early this morning and i slipped on the ice again



lost my footing and dropped to my knees ouch.....




then at work i dropped 60 mm wide roll of foil based glossy material on my feet....it was 11,000+ ft roll and that chit hurt....grrrrrrrrr.....i wanted to punch something....




somebody get this woman a drink
