Peach fuzz is the itchiest stuff. When I was around 9 or 10, we were at an aunt's house and she was making fresh peach cobbler. While she was working on the dough, a couple of cousins and I got drafted to peel the peaches. Never again. I didn't think I would ever get that stuff off of me. It reminded me of when I touched my mom's "old man cactus" and got that fuzz all over me. They weren't Georgia peaches, of course, but growing up we'd go pick peaches in Porter, OK every year. I love peaches - grilled are good! But I don't miss the drive back home covered in itchy peach fuzz!

The breakfast buffet is now open:...cheesy gritz, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, homemade biscuits, ham , sausage links, and bacon, pancakes, ....I made some apple butter and some honey butter last night, it's in the fridge if you want some and I think RDNKJ is bringing in that raw milk he was bragging about the other day...and we used the big pot for coffee this morning
so there should be plenty for everyone.....
Fix your plate and find a place at the table ya'll...........
and a little morning wake up music....
