I could go a nice hot cup of coffee as well... just got in from shooting an exterior scene for the zombie movie and now I feel like crap... then again that could be from the fact that I'm am completely partied out; this weekend was fun but a bit rough after 2am.CERN may have discovered the Higgs Boson but...

Morning folks:
Got some nice hot cereal on the go as it's in the minus double digits here... brrrrrr.
Had a blast at the football game if not just a tad chilly...it hit minus 18c by halftime. My team lost (which doesn't come as a surprise as they have been losing all season) but the game was a good running game - lots of yardage covered.

Have you been reading Shakespeare again?
I want to thank everybody regarding the advice with my tennis elbow. Thank goodness for GOOGLE too, was able to find some stretching and strengthening exercises. Gonna hot pack it and deep massage it, and hopefully in 2 months it will be as good as it was 2 months ago.
I'm resuming my kettlebell workouts, and still hope to make it to the hot springs and soak it soon.
OH...and I'm giving up tennis...or at least any thoughts of ever playing tennis.

Where in the hell do u play tennis on the REZ????? First time you hit the ball, the stray dog is gonna take it and run. What are the courts made out of? Do you play tennis like handball against the store wall?
