I think the in-laws, and the bride will be divorced, soon. He's taking the cops with him Fri. and going to get his stuff. When he tells me he is scared to go get his stuff because he doesn't think they will let him leave, I am seriously po'dified.

Their kind of Christianity is what gives Christians a bad name. LOL! There was some heavy duty chit went down before he was able to get out of there, which is why he is taking the cops to get his stuff. I know I will be having one more conversation with the MIL when this is done and I can't wait to tell her that some of my "heathen" NDN friends, and some of my "pagan" Wiccan friends have been praying for him. They even think Harry Potter is "evil" because of the magic and the wizards. I mean..really??

It's a sad morning. Johnny Winter has died at age 70. He was on a European tour and was found dead in his hotel room.

I've been a fan of Johnny and his brother Edgar since I was a little kid.

Another Texas blues/guitar great gone. He'll be missed.

Naw, I wish. About 15 years ago he was playing at a small club right by where I was living at the time. I didn't find out he was playing until the day of the concert - after it was already sold out. I kicked myself for a long time after that for not paying attention to the entertainment listings.
