Another morning, another round of weird. There's a bag of brown flakes on my chair and a note, "What is this?" I love samples with no context. I feel like paraphrasing Scotty, "It's.. It's brown."
Anybody read Chinese? I also got a package of plastic samples and I can't read a stitch of the paperwork. You know us Americans, we don't learn anyone else's language, LOL.Comment

Iced tea, well, no problem as long as you have not specified what sort. Sugar likewise no problem. With the fluid sugar it is already within the tea but you can have lump sugar or losse sugar as you wish. For the lemon I have to hurry. The local market will close in half an hour.

Coffee to start this cold rainy day ! We are under a ice warning as the rain/freezing rain is developing west and north of us and moving into our area. Fed all the horses and chickens in the rain and ice is just starting to form on the ramps and deck. Hopefully that 68 degrees yesterday will keep it from getting too bad. New computer should be here tomorrow , yay ! It is supposed to be here today , after 6 , but we don't get out after dark unless absolutely necessary !LOL And with the ice , it's a definite no go !Y'all stay warm and dry ! Close to 80 today. My kinda weather. Only drawback...it's pollen time. I, along with millions of others, will spend the next few months in misery but at least we will be warm. LOL! Seriously my car is already turning yellow.Take nothing for granted. Life can change irrevocably in a heartbeat.

Yes, I'm down here spraying my garden hose into a fan pointed north.
We've had >3" of rain in the past 36 hrs and we're to get 2" more before Sat. Since yesterday afternoon the temp dropped from 78F to 32F. It's 33F and sleeting just north of us. So, I'm hoping not to feel your pain, LOL.
I hope we get at least a full week with no rain before 3/10. I have to teach studio and torch safety. I'd like to be able to get the road to the shop without getting stuck in the mud.Comment

Well , we have about a 16th of an inch of ice on all the outside surfaces . Not enough to cause issues yet ! That stuff coming up from the south will be here after dark. I just hope it's sleet or snow and not rain ! Freezing rain is the absolute worst ! The weather has been fairly nice here until last night. We had almost 80 degree temps at the beginning of the week and now we are back down to normal with rain. No ice/snow in the forecast for the rest of the month but that could change. I didn't really get to enjoy the nice weather since my wisdom tooth got infected again and caused some excruciating pain. Still can't get into the oral surgeon until March 12th, I am on a waiting list if someone cancels between now and then. Antibiotics have taken care of the infection and 600mg Ibuprofen really helps as well. I have to go to Northern Va/DC the week before my surgery so I hope it doesn't cause me anymore between now and then.
Lots of probiotic yogurt for me to replenish the good stuff that the amoxicilin wiped out.CERN may have discovered the Higgs Boson but...
