So I 'vs had an interesting few day. A couple of hours into my s gift Wed.,I had a heartattack. I'm ok, but ended up getting life fighter to Jacksonville and straight into the cardiac lab where I got two st ents. I go home tomorrw,and since I don't have internet, it will be a while until I'm back.Take care and Merry Christmas. I'm typing this on my kindle and it,a driving me nutsTake nothing for granted. Life can change irrevocably in a heartbeat.

A much belated Merry Christmas. I've been flat on my back since a visit to the ER. So, I did nothing and my roast beast is still in the freezer.
Anyway, I hope everyone is having a good time with their families. I trust Santa was generous with folks and gave them many reasons to be thankful.Comment

Good Morning and I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. I survived the cookie overdose and now settling back to a more normal feeding schedule ! LOL
Ol'C , we had roast venison and ham for Christmas with the kids. Then we had turkey for our Christmas for just us.
During deer season I put 2 in our freezer and got 2 for 1 neighbor and 1 for another neighbor. Extended season is the first week of Jan. and I plan to add 2 more , then we'll have meat all year ! Saves money not having to buy meat ! Our deer are so fat this year ! Creator is good to us. I will say the processing of all that meat is really starting to wear on us. Seems it's not as easy as it once was ! I am thankful though , to still be able to do it ! Hope everyone has a great New Year !
