The exams are in their final two weeks as far as my participation is concerned.
We need now a daily negativ corona test for exam days. Great if the exam days starts at 7 am and you leave the house at 5.45 am.
The weather is in some way funny. Warm high humidity, totally cloudy in a blue-white-gray with and without seeing the sun. Is that like the weather in the swamps of Florida?

We had a great visit with the kiddo and his family. Met my 2 step grandkids who are awesome, and the baby who of course, is adorable. The Airbnb they got had a stocked pond on it, and the oldest grand there caught about a 3 pound bass. He and hubby spent most of the time there. My son doesn't fish and apparently the bio dad doesn't either, so that was one happy 11 year old who found a fishing buddy. Well, my three legged kitten -- yes, I know when the cat is six, it isn't really a kitten -- is out of kitty jail. When I came home on Tues, someone other than me had eaten maybe a lizard and thrown it up all over the living room, TV room and half of the state of Texas. On Weds some still unidentified cat had thrown up all over the house, including the freshly scrubbed floors and my bed. On Thursday morning, I caught the culprit barfing on my shoes.
After an epic -- at least for the old lady with the bad hips -- chase, I got Olivia in a carrier and to the vet. An ultrasound, x-rays, lab tests, sub-q fluids, anti-nausea meds, and a 48 hour terrified cat serenade, the conclusion is: "we don't know, maybe a bad lizard."

So, Sun. was hubby's 40th wedding anniversary ,and Mon. is mine. LOL! We got married on the 14th, put the preacher put the date on the license as the 13th, so we have two anniversaries.
