Hey! What the heck happened in here? At least it's whipped cream, umm yes smack it is, and not mayonnaise.

Hey thanks guys for the words of sympathy. Gretta would have been 4 years old on Feb. 14th. We had planned on having her bred the next time she cycled. Bummer :( Bear is about 3 years old. It's a long story but when we got him he was about a year old and came from an abusive situation. It took Gretta a year to get him to where he would play with her. It was a sight to see! They were really good buddies, I don't know how he will do but we are watching him closely and lavishing him with love. It is very hard, she was part of our family.

Enough. How's about that coffee machine? Can I get a mocha or something like that? And I could really go for a piece of one of those pies you baked Red. Thanks. OK, get me out of this down and out mood guys! :Help

Hey Redhorse, what's good for Breakfast this morning, I'm starved.:)

Huh? Customers? No Red? (puts on her apron) I guess I'll have to substitute this morning. . .

Mmmmm. . .did you guys ever eat white rice with butter, sugar and milk for breakfast? I haven't had that in a while. I'm gonna cook up some. And some apple-cinnamon oatmeal. We got French Toast and of course biscuits and gravy. Anyone want any steak with their eggs? You can have fried steak or just a browned steak--either one. Of course there's also bacon, sausage patties and sausage links.

It's kind of early for me, but a big piece of steak sounds good. Don't "cook" it, just warm it a little, and since I'm going all out. I might as well have a piece of toast and an egg.

I know I can't top your cold weather, She. . .but we finally started getting colder here too. In the 30's this morning. Had to roll a towel up and put it in front of the bottom of the door, where a draft was blowing in. BRRRRRRRR.
